Return & Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you receive your products in excellent condition.

Returns and exchanges are only available for products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to the warranty terms of each product.

If a product has a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, please contact us so we can assist you with the replacement process.

All products and devices are shipped new and in their original packaging.

Approved warranty replacements are handled through EM Store according to the applicable manufacturer warranty.
